During the Plasma Skin Lift treatment a tiny plasma flash also referred as an electric arc is being discharged from the tip of the Plamere™ plasma device. The tool itself never touches the skin; however the plasma flash creates a tiny dot upon the contact. There are no cuts, no blood and no needles. This innovative technology uses sublimation process, turning solid tissue into to gas to tighten skin tissue. Only the targeted tissue is altered causing no damage to surrounding areas or deeper skin layers.  The treatment dots are applied creating a symmetrical grid over the treatment area. Effects are noticeable right away. Full results become visible after 8 weeks. Patient can resume most regular activities right away with minimal discomfort.  Side effects are minimal and complications rare. Carbon crusts, aka - tiny dots, which form directly on the skin are part of the normal healing process.  Following after-care protocol is important to ensure proper healing.  When cared for correctly the "DOTS" will fall off 5-10 days after treatment.
